Trinity Collective just released its first single, and it’s just in time for Christmas…
I’ve participated in many musical projects in my life. From “Crac Cabrejo” (high school indie garage band) to “Red Letters” (worship cover band) to “Valley of Elah” (haha, remember them?) to my first-ever (slightly cringy) EP “Red Balloons”, I have had the privilege to create, tour and showcase some brilliant musical wonders over time.
Recently, the music and creative arts department at my local church (Trinity Church) just went public with a new project: Trinity Collective. This gathering of artists and thinkers have been sharing the stage almost every Sunday for years. It’s as a part of this group of exceptional creatives that I have learned some of the most essential, crucial and defining lessons of my life as a worshipper, and as a worship leader as well. This department and all its projects happens to be run by my incredibly talented husband, Nathanael.
In the past months, I got to journey beside my Nat as he navigated this big dream of his. (Many might not know this but he’s been sowing into this dream for YEARS.) It was inspiring to witness such determination and resolve, as his vision sharpened and our project unfolded.
We’ve just recently gone public with a first single that we’ve been working on for a few weeks. Timely for this upcoming Christmas season, we’re so happy to share “He Is Here” with you. We take you on a journey to a manger, a glimpse into hope descending from heaven, and offer an invitation for all to encounter Him in worship.
